Yes, we use 100% genuine raw wood-cuts for the Wood - Ethereal Armour cases.

Shipping & Tracking

How long is the dispatch time?

Non-Customised orders received by 3PM on working days, are dispatched the next working day. Customised orders received by 3PM on working days, are dispatched within 24-48 working hours.

Do you deliver worldwide?

We deliver worldwide, whether you're in Europe, Asia, USA, Africa, or the Pacific, we have you covered!

What couriers are available?

We typically use Royal Mail, as our courier.

Shipping times & costs

What payment methods do you accept?

What currencies are available?

We offer three main currencies throughout the site; GBP, EUR & USD. The currency you see will depend on your geo-location: UK customers will see prices in GBP (£) EU customers will see prices in EUR (€) US customers will see prices in USD ($) Everyone else will see prices in GBP (£)

How do I redeem my discount code?

During checkout you will be able to enter any discount code you have. On desktop, this field will be on middle of your screen, under the "Payment Method" options, named "Apply Discount Code" On mobile, there will be a drop-down under the "Payment Method" section, named "Apply Discount Code" All you need to do is enter the code and click 'Apply' (or the arrow on mobile), and if the code is valid then the discount will be reflected in your order total.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

There is a limit of one discount code per order. The majority of our discount codes are also limited to one use per customer, please refer to the terms and conditions of your offer for any specific restrictions.

Exchange & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order hits our systems, it cannot be modified. It's highly unlikely that our production house can stop the shipping process once they have your details, but if you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch via our Zendesk Live chat. Be sure to provide your name, order number, and explanation. We will try to find it before it goes out, but please be aware that this is not usually possible! This applies to the following circumstances: Changing a product or size Changing your delivery address Changing the shipping method Adding items to your order If it is too late to cancel your order, we’ll happily help to guide you through our returns process.
