Refund & Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at BOSSU. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our returns and refund policy is 14 days. We are only able to refund and exchange non-digital items that are faulty or damaged items, and within this time period.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are not able to refund opened and/or personalised items. Please see below for more information on Cancelling an Order.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

  • the items are received damaged or defective
  • the items are physical items and not digital codes
  • the items were purchased directly through our platform
  • the items are returned within a 14 day period from receipt

 

All returns will be subject to a 40% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required). 

 

Refunds

We do not refund personalised items.

We do not refund digital items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items in exceptional cases and only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Shipping

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Cancelling an order

If you live in the EU, you have the right, subject to the exceptions noted below, to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (CCRs) which govern all internet shopping.

You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the items.

You must return the items to us at your own cost no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain a proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items and you will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive them back.

We will refund you the full value of your order via the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the items back.
