Samsung have just unveiled that they are releasing a new collection of A-series phones. The price and launch dates of this device have not yet been revealed. The A10s model has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, which was not on the original A10 model when released.

The A10s holds a larger battery than its predecessor does. Speaking of Samsung batteries the brand introduced graphene to make lithium-ion batteries last longer in mobile devices. The production was incredibly costly which was impossible to deliver in mass produced devices. Samsung are currently on the verge of revealing a new device with a graphene battery that will be released to the public. This new product should release in either 2020 or 2021 according to Evan Blass.

Industry experts state that graphene is the future of batteries due to the material being highly conductive and elastic. It was first discovered in 2004 and is set to revolutionise as an alternative to lithium-ion batteries. Once graphene batteries are widely used they will be supplied in smaller, slimmer devices which have a higher capacity of charge and charge quicker without a massive difference in its surface temperature.
